Since 1981, the prestigious Ontario Junior Citizen of the Year Awards Program has recognized the best of Ontario's youth. Coordinated by the Ontario Community Newspapers Association with the support of its 300+ member newspapers and our sponsors, TD Canada and Direct Energy, the Junior Citizen Program is also wholeheartedly supported by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario.

Mark your calendars: Queen’s Park Day is Sept. 15
OCNA invites you to attend Queen’s Park Day on Wednesday, September 15. Community newspaper publishers and editors can attend afternoon meetings with their MPPs and various ministers to discuss public policy issues that are important to our industry. A Publisher’s Reception will be held at 4:30pm to mingle with MPPs and their key staff.
