Staff & Board of Directors
OCNA has a staff of twelve full-time employees and is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors elected from within our membership. The Board sets the direction and policy for the association and the Executive Director carries them out. OCNA's leadership comes from a dedicated group of industry volunteers. The Board meets four times per year, sets its goals and strategies for the year, and keeps in constant contact with the membership.
